Business News Rolex To Build New Manhattan Headquarters
Rolex has commissioned David Chipperfield Architects for another central command in Midtown Manhattan, as indicated by reports from WatchPro , Dezeen , and Archinect . The new construction will allegedly be 25 stories tall and supplant the current Rolex working at Fifth Avenue and 53rd Street in New York City. The engineering firm won the agreement after a global plan competition, as indicated by its site, and will “give brand encounters across a wide scope of the company’s advantages,” taking note of that the current structure has “been involved by Rolex since the 1970s.”
The new structure will offer a lot of office space and, obviously, house another Rolex store at the road level. Seeing the current Rolex building is one of my suffering recollections from my first visit to NYC during my soonest long stretches of appreciating watches and, given the brand’s revenue in design , it’s energizing to perceive how Rolex plans to reintegrate with a local that has changed a ton since the 1970s when they initially set up the shop in Midtown.
