Sunday Rewind A Unique Leap Year Patek Philippe
In honor of March showing up a day recently, we figured it would be a decent an ideal opportunity to investigate an old post that offers a brief look at an uncommon jump year-centered Patek Philippe (alongside a steel Lange One and a platinum Nautilus, normally). While numerous unending schedules offer a four-year sign to follow the jump year cycle, this Patek does it in a somewhat more particular fashion.
Originally posted by Ben in April of 2013, this is the lone known example of a white gold Patek Philippe 3448 Perpetual Calendar with a jump year sign on the dial. The 3448 was Patek’s first self-winding interminable schedule, and this one was being offered by Christie’s back in 2013. In any emphasis, the 3448 is a fascinating and drop-dead delightful watch made even more unique by that out of control gap between three and four.
